Spiced Hot Tody
Glass: stemmed goblet
Garnish: cinnamon quill wrapped in a large orange zest spiked with cloves.
45ml Thomson Two Tone Whisky
30ml Shott lemon ginger honey syrup
40ml freshly squeezed orange juice
120ml boiling water
Build in heated goblet, over the garnish to help release orange oils and spices. Stir and enjoy! Read More

This jewel-like beauty is;
2 parts Thomson Two Tone whisky
1 part sweet vermouth
A dash of Angustura bitters
Maraschino cherry to garnish
Shake together with ice, strain into a glass and garnish with that cherry.
