When your order is shipped, we will email you a confirmation, including an invoice/receipt, tracking number and a return/exchange form with instructions for how to initiate the returns process should the need arise.
Delivery can not be made to a PO Box. Please supply us with a delivery address at which there will be someone present to sign for your item during normal business hours. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased items is transferred to you.
We take no responsibility for taxes, duty or any other charges at receivers’ end as this can vary depending on the rules of customs in each country. Nor can we be responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance.

There are absolutely NO REFUNDS ON SALE ITEMS purchased in the Workshop Retail or Online Stores unless faulty. ALL SALE PURCHASES ARE FINAL.

workshop retail store purchases
Items purchased from the Workshop Retail Stores can be returned within 14 days in unworn and unused condition for store credit or exchange. If your purchase is returned because of a minor fault, we reserve the right to repair it, replace it or refund it. Please note, there are no refunds for change of mind purchases.
workshop online store purchases
Workshop welcomes full priced Online Store returns. If your item does not fit as you had hoped, you have chosen the wrong size, or you have simply changed your mind we will gladly offer an exchange, online store credit or refund.
Returns may be made via the Workshop Online Store or dropped in to any of the Workshop physical retail stores. ALL ORDERS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT.
Items must be unworn and in original condition with designer garment tags attached with all original packaging including boxes/tissue paper etc. Damaged, worn, or altered garments will not be exchanged, credited or refunded and will be returned to the customer. Shipping costs to return an item/s will be at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty. In this case, please contact us at email@example.com to arrange shipping. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded unless the original item was incorrect or faulty.
Once an order has been placed the order cannot be cancelled as goods are often shipped the same day. If you wish to receive a refund, you will be refunded the value of the item at the time of purchase. All refunds will be made back to the original means of purchase. Online store credits cannot be refunded for cash. These terms and conditions apply exclusively to the Workshop Online Store and not at any of Workshop’s physical retail stores.
Shoes must be returned in original condition, unworn, with no wear on the soles. All original packaging must also be returned including shoe box, tags, tissue paper and authentication certification (if supplied).

how to return an online purchase
If you wish to return an item from the Workshop Online Store:
- Please complete and enclose the return/exchange form included with your shipment.
- Please note on the return/exchange form whether you require an exchange, online store credit, refund or repair.
- Carefully package your item/s to send back to us.
- We suggest that you select an insured tracked courier or postage method with signature or proof of delivery as you will be liable and responsible until item/s are received in good condition at our warehouse.

If your item does not fit we will exchange it for a different size if available. If we do not have an alternative size in stock, we will offer you an exchange for another item. The initial and return shipping and handling charges will not be refunded unless the original item was faulty.

If you wish to receive an online store credit for an item, please complete the return/exchange form included with your shipment. Once we have received your return, your credit will be activated on your Workshop Online Store account. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when your credit has been issued. Please note that credit accrued through the Workshop Online Store can only be used online and not at Workshop’s physical retail stores.

If a suitable replacement isn't available and you do not wish to receive an online store credit, we can refund you for your online store purchase. If you would like to receive a refund for an item, please complete the return/exchange form included with your shipment. When we have received your return, your refund will be processed in your original form of payment within 5 working days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Refunds processed to an international credit card will be done so using the exchange rate on the day the refund is processed. Please note that your bank may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Workshop Online Store.
If your item is faulty or is not the same as the item presented on the Workshop Online Store you may return or exchange it. Please contact us as soon as you discover the fault or inaccuracy. Once we receive the item we will repair, replace or refund the items within 10 days of receipt. Please note on the return / exchange form your preference in this regard. If the item is faulty, we will refund you the costs for returning the item and cover all shipping costs for the replacement or repaired item. In the event that the repair or replacement will take longer than 10 days, we will advise you of the particular circumstances and likely time frame for return.
