Pre-Christmas Shipping

To guarantee a pre-Christmas shipment, please refer to the following order cut-off times:

 Within New Zealand Please place your order before 2:00 pm Thursday 18th December*
Australia Please place your order before 2:00 pm NZT Wednesday 17th December*
Rest of World Please place your order before 2:00 pm NZT Monday 15th December*

 

*Please note cut off dates are estimated based on information provided by our couriers and our internal processing times. Orders placed after these times may still arrive before Christmas, however, we are unable to guarantee this.

*Free shipping is only available for orders containing full-priced items valued equal to or more than the free shipping threshold for your location i.e. $400 NZD+ or $700 NZD+. Sale items do not count towards free shipping.

Please note that 'full-price' items included in promotions are considered sale items and will be charged for shipping.

Please note that the delivery times quoted are indicative only and WORKSHOP cannot be held responsible for deliveries not made within this time frame. Please be aware that if you place an order over a weekend or public holiday that your order will not be processed until the next business day.

When your order is shipped, we will email you confirmation, including an invoice/receipt, tracking number and a return/exchange form with instructions for how to initiate the returns process should the need arise.

Delivery cannot be made to a PO Box or a forwarding address. Please supply us with a delivery address at which there will be someone present to sign for your item during normal business hours. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased items is transferred to you.

We take no responsibility for taxes, duty or any other charges at the receivers’ end as this can vary depending on the rules of customs in each country. Nor can WORKSHOP be responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance.
