Please note that the delivery times quoted are indicative only and WORKSHOP cannot be held responsible for deliveries not made within this time frame. Please be aware that if you place an order over a weekend or public holiday that your order will not be processed until the next business day.

When your order is shipped, we will email you confirmation, including an invoice/receipt, tracking number and a return/exchange form with instructions for how to initiate the returns process should the need arise.

Delivery cannot be made to a PO Box. Please supply us with a delivery address at which there will be someone present to sign for your item during normal business hours. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased items is transferred to you.

We take no responsibility for taxes, duty or any other charges at the receivers’ end as this can vary depending on the rules of customs in each country. Nor can WORKSHOP be responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance.
