Terms & Conditions

Product information

All Helen Cherry and Workshop Denim sizes are based on standard New Zealand sizing. Some sizing may vary between styles; however we do attempt to ensure they are as consistent as possible. If you order a garment in the incorrect size, we will be more than happy to exchange it.

Sizing in our International Designer Collections vary between each brand. Please refer to each products details to see which size guide to refer to.

We endeavour to display product colours as accurately as possible on our website. However we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will accurately reflect the actual colour of the product.

We undertake reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and product prices appearing on our website are correct at the time when the relevant content was entered into our website. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been incorrectly published, including prices and promotions.

Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay in the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position of a certain product may change within this time period. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before your order has been accepted, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will not be charged for out of stock items.

Stock levels

Whilst we endeavour to keep our stock levels accurate, there is a possibility the size you have ordered may recently be out of stock. In this event, we will refund you immediately and do our best to find you a replacement. All orders are subject to availability. Items in your shopping basket are not on hold and may be purchased by other customers.

Gift Cards

Workshop gift cards purchased in our physical stores cannot be accepted online as payment.

Charges

If you’re a customer whose credit card is not denominated in New Zealand dollars, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.

When converting to another currency, or when an item is charged to a credit card, a price variation may occur due to fluctuating exchange rates and credit card company charges.

Once an order is sent, we take no responsibility for charges, taxes or duty incurred at receiver’s end as this can vary depending on the rules of customs in each country.

All prices displayed on the Workshop Online Store are at our sole discretion. Pricing may change without notice and differ between national and international markets.

Currency converter

The currency converter on the Workshop Online Store gives an approximation of conversion to foreign currency based on the exchange rate of the day and should only be used as a guide.

When an item is charged to your credit card, a price variation may occur due to fluctuating exchange rates and credit card company charges.

Correction of errors and inaccuracies

The information on the Workshop website may contain errors and may not be complete or up to date. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change and update information at any time without prior notice. Please note that such errors may relate to product description, pricing and stock availability.
